Research collaboration

Universities and academics increasingly collaborate with companies or other external organizations. These forms of research collaborations may be either on an occasional basis or in the form of longer term public-private-consortia. Collaboration can help your company or organization to gain access to specific (scientific) knowledge and expertise that you cannot generate in house. Collaboration can only be successful if there's a mutual benefit in the collaboration.
